I am a Lead UX Designer at BP3 Global.

I direct design strategy and execution for custom enterprise software, the systems organizations depend on to run every day.

I lead designers and developers across agile teams, using business process modeling and structured facilitation to align stakeholders who often start from very different priorities. The goal is always the same: cut through complexity until what's left is a workflow people can actually use.

I've run client workshops and presentations at every level, from individual contributors to executive sponsors, and I'm comfortable owning a solution from early discovery through launch and beyond.

Outside of UX, I'm usually on a bike, behind a camera, or exploring a new part of whatever city I'm in. I live with my wife and two kids in Fishtown, Philadelphia.
